A different way to stir-fry chicken without using oyster sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Chicken (Cut into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoon of Honey
- 1 teaspoon of Light Soya Sauce
- Dash of Fine Light Pepper
- 1 Big Red Onions (Cut into Slices)
- 1 teaspoon of Chopped Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
- Marinate Chicken with Honey, Light Soya Sauce and Pepper for 15 minutes
- Add Cooking Oil into hot pan
- Add Onion and stir-fry until translucent
- Add Garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (before garlic turns brown)
- Add Chicken and stir-fry until cooked (approx 5 minutes)
Good to go with a few Chinese Dishes with a bowl of Chinese Soup.
