Stir-fry Chicken and Button Mushroom with Oyster Sauce |
Ingredients
- 1/4 Chicken (Cut into small pieces)
- 7 to 10 Button Mushroom (Cut into 2 to 3 parts per mushroom)
- 1 tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Chopped Shallot
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of Dark Soya Sauce
- 3 tablespoon of hot water
- Olive Oil
- Add 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil in hot pan
- Add Shallot and stir-fry until fragrant (when it turns translucent)
- Add Garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (before it turns brown)
- Add Chicken and stir-fry for approx 3 minutes
- Add Mushroom and stir-fry for approx 2 minutes
- Add Oyster Sauce and Dark Soya Sauce and stir-fry to mix well
- Add hot water and stir to mix well until chicken is cooked (Taste and add more /less water accordingly)
Good to go with Rice and a bowl of Chinese Soup and 2 to 3 more Chinese dishes.
