- Approx 150g Beef (Slice thinly)
- 2 Big Red Onions (Cut into slices)
- 4 Shallots (Chopped)
- 2 tablespoon of Tempura Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of Coarse Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons of Light Soya Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
Preparations
- Marinate Beef with Ingred no. 5 to 7 for approx 15 minutes
Steps
- Add Oil into hot pan
- Add Onions and stir-fry until fragrant (approx 1 minutes)
- Add Shallots and stir-fry until fragrant (approx 1 minutes)
- Add Beef and pan fry for approx 2 minutes
- Sprinkle Black Pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute
- Add Tempura Sauce and stir to mix well. (approx 2 minutes, (depending how you wish the beef to be done))
Serve while Hot!
