Stir-fry Salmon with Garlic and Oyster Sauce |
Sharing a simple Chinese Salmon recipe that tastes very good. =)
Ingredients (Serve 2 pax)
- Salmon Fillet (Cut into 8 Rectangle Slices, approx 5cm x 4cm)
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
- Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon of Hot Water
- Add 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil into hot pan
- Add Garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (before garlic turn brown)
- Turn to Low Heat
- Add Oyster Sauce and stir to mix well
- Scope up Garlic and sauce
- Turn to Medium Heat
- Add Olive Oil
- Add Salmon and pan-fry for approx 2 minutes on each slide
- Add Garlic and sauce and Hot Water, stir to mix well with Salmon for approx 2 minutes
Good to go with a bowl of rice, 2 to 3 more Chinese Dishes with a bowl of Soup.
