Stir-fry Sliced Beef with Green Pepper |
- 120g of Beef Fillet (Cut into thin slices)
- Half Green Lantern Pepper (Remove seeds and cut into slices)
- 1 Big Yellow Onion (Peeled and cut into slices)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Coarse Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
- Add Cooking Oil into hot pan
- Add Onion and stir-fry until translucent
- Add Green Pepper and stir-fry for approx 2 minutes
- Add Beef and stir-fry for approx 2 minutes
- Add Oyster Sauce and Black Pepper. Stir-fry until Beef is cooked approx 2 minutes
Serve while Hot!
Good to go with a bowl of rice, 2 to 3 more Chinese Dishes with a bowl of Soup.
