Chinese White Radish Soup with Dried Oysters |
- 6 pieces or 250g of Pork Ribs
- 5 cups of Water
- 1 White Radish (Peeled and Cut into big chunks)
- 12 Medium Red Dates (Washed)
- 8 Dried Oysters (Washed)
- Boil Pork Ribs for a few minutes and drain it
- Put Pork Ribs into pot filled with approx 5 cups of water
- Add all Ingredients into pot
- Boil it for 30 to 45 minutes
- Turn to low heat and boil for another 30 minutes
