Stir-fry Asparagus with Prawns |
- 5 to 6 stalks of Large Asparagus (Cut off approx 4cm from the bottom of the stalk, and use a peeler to peel of the stem. Cut into small pieces as per photo above.)
- 12 Medium/Large Prawns (Peeled and Deveined)
- 1 tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 2 to 3 tablespoon of Hot Water
- Add Olive Oil into hot pan
- Add Garlic and stir-fry until garlic is fragrant. (before Garlic turns brown)
- Add Asparagus and stir-fry for approx 3 minutes
- Add Prawns and stir-fry for approx 3 minutes
- Add Oyster Sauce and Hot Water, stir to mix well and until prawns are cooked.
Serve while Hot!
