Baked Scallops with Breaded Crumbs
Ingredients
  1. 4 Frozen Big Scallops (Thaw and pat dry)
  2. 8 Ritz Biscuits (Crushed into fine crumbs)
  3. 1 tablespoon of White Wine
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoon of Butter
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of Coarse Black Pepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoon of Dried Parsley
  7. 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
Preparation
  1. Place Scallops on Aluminium Tray or Foil
  2. Spread White Wine over Scallops
  3. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper
  4. Spread Butter
  5. Spread Bread Crumbs
Steps

Baked Scallops into preheat oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 degree celsius.

Sprinkle Parsley over Scallops

Serve while Hot!

Good to be serve as a Side with a Main Course, or as a finger food in an intimate event.
