Baked Scallops with Breaded Crumbs |
Ingredients
- 4 Frozen Big Scallops (Thaw and pat dry)
- 8 Ritz Biscuits (Crushed into fine crumbs)
- 1 tablespoon of White Wine
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of Coarse Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of Dried Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
Preparation
- Place Scallops on Aluminium Tray or Foil
- Spread White Wine over Scallops
- Sprinkle Salt and Pepper
- Spread Butter
- Spread Bread Crumbs
Baked Scallops into preheat oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 degree celsius.
Sprinkle Parsley over Scallops
Serve while Hot!
Good to be serve as a Side with a Main Course, or as a finger food in an intimate event.
