| Stir-Fry Lettuce with Dried Shrimps | 
Ingredients
- Lettuce (use hand to tear/rip it into big slices)
 - 1 tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
 - 1 tablespoon of Dried Shrimps (Washed)
 - 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
 - 2 teaspoon of Light Soya Sauce
 - 2 tablespoon of hot water
 - Olive Oil or Any Cooking Oil
 
- Add Oil into hot pan
 - Add Dried Shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant
 - Add Garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
 - Add Lettuce and stir-fry for approx 1 to 2 minutes
 - Add Oyster Sauce and Light Soya Sauce and stir-fry
 - Add 2 tablespoon of hot water and stir-fry for approx 1 to 2 minutes
 
Tips and Comments:
- Use hand to rip/tear lettuce into slices instead of using a knife as knife blade may react with lettuce causing oxidation, thus increasing the browning effect of lettuce.
 - Do not tear lettuce into small slices as during the stir-fry process, lettuce will shrink. 3 to 4 cm on the "width" will be a good size.
